I purchased this today just to found it is locked for international users, any plans in the near future to alllow us to stream the NBA? If not how do I process a refund :(

Hi Cesar, I apologize for the inconvenience and disappointment. The NBA LEAGUE PASS Mobile app works in the same way as the broadband version, wherein the app is only available in the US. We do call out international blackouts in our FAQ section of the app so the best thing to do would reach out to Apple for both a refund and for insight into how you as an international user were allowed to purchase the app.
If there are other concerns please let me know.

What's your response to all of the 1-star ratings and complaints about freezing up in the App Store?
Will bug fixes be released soon?
Does the app require 3GS?

Hi,
The app does not require a 3GS phone. We are looking into the freezing issues and would appreciate detailed feedback from users via our customer support team. We would like to know the following (1) specific game, (2) time, (3) if the user is on 3G or Wifi and (4) if on Wifi the type of router.
